With the rapid development of science and technology as well as the constantattention to oneself health of peoples, a lot of medical equipment is no longerconfined to medical use, but more with family life. Household breathing machine isone of them. The ventilator is a medical instrument used in auxiliary or instead ofpatients with normal breathing widely used in people’s life. Based on the use ofdifferent objects can be divided into medical ventilator and household ventilator,medical ventilator gas the patient in addition to mask, but also the use of plugrespiratory if necessary, by the way, will cause certain trauma to the patient, andhousehold ventilator only required to supply the patient through a mask, for thepatient without any trauma. This article discusses the design of household ventilatorUse object is the patient breathing on his own ability, but breathing is not smooth.Commonly used in adjuvant therapy of apneas and sleep snoring, mainly based on thepatient’s breathing action, automatically adjust the output pressure.The biggest improvement of the article is in the traditional household ventilatorincreases the3G communication module based on WCDMA technology, allows themedical staff to can help users set parameters remotely via SMS text messages as wellas to keep abreast of the patient’s treatment, and also send alarm information when thepatient in emergency situations, in order to obtain relief in a timely manner. Based ona vast amount of literature reviewed at home and abroad, based on the research ofhousehold breathing machine technology, this paper mainly do the following work:In terms of hardware, chose SAMSUNG company microprocessor S3C6410asthe main control chip, through integrated silicon pressure sensor MPXV5004G realizereal-time monitoring. To improve the control effect of the fan, using MC33035thatMotorola’s brushless DC motor dedicated control chip, and MC33039velometerconstitute a closed loop control of the fan. Ventilator module configuration andoperating parameters in real-time display through the LCD display. Using huawei3Gmodule EM770W based on WCDMA to achieve treatment parameters settings,treatment of data acquisition and uploading in alarm. In addition to using the standard SD card to store the treatment data.Second, in the aspect of sotfware, this paper analyses the startup process of theoperating system, according to project by use of hardware environment, transplant theLinux operating system, the sotfware design for the task to achieve, only to improvethe development efficiency. In this design, to create the three tasks, respectively is:the fan control tasks, interactive tasks, and remote communication tasks. For eachtask involved in has carried on the analysis and design, especially in remotecommunication task, for the realization of short message is studied and described.And according to this design made a communication protocol, and read the breathingmachine parameters design.Finally, the design is completed the breathing machine were tested, including themain item of the UI display, parameter Settings, breathing machine in the condition ofstable operation of the pressure curve, and automatic pressure following theperformance. Test results show that the breathing machine can meet the designrequirements.
