With the rapid development of the national economy,the process-specific requirements for cleaning,filling,sealing,filling,labeling,metering,testing and other processes of high-speed automated production lines in daily chemical,pharmaceutical,health,food,packaging and other industries are targeted at online shaped bottles Blocks,boxes and other block products are increasingly in need of special conveying forms during the high-speed supply of special screws.In particular,they present new challenges and requirements for the functional delivery of bottles with special cross-sections such as rectangles and ellipses.In this paper,the research has carried out with the aim of the oblique feed screw to achieve the special feed requirements for the separation and steering of such bottles and boxes.The specific research contents are as follows:First,analyze the characteristics of the translation and rotation of the square and elliptical cross-section material feed,determine the type of oblique screw feed of this type of material,and select the spiral line of variable acceleration motion that meets the steady state change law of the feed state The mathematical model is the theoretical basis to derive a specific spiral parameter model that satisfies the motion state of the material.Then,using the established spiral parameter model and based on the body sweep theory and the single parameter envelope theory,the mathematical parameter equation of the spiral groove surface of the inclined special feed screw was established,and calculated based on the MATLAB software to generate a discrete diagonal Mathematical model of screw spiral groove for feed screw.Furthermore,using the secondary development technology of SolidWorks software,based on the intersecting motion of the feed screw entity and the material entity and the principle of Boolean operation,the physical conversion of the oblique type special feed screw mathematical model to the 3D model is achieved;in order to obtain high precision The spiral groove surface of this paper is obtained by traversing and lofting the intersecting lines to obtain a spiral groove surface with a smooth surface.Through the post-processing operations of other features,a high-precision spiral groove surface special feed screw model can be obtained.Finally,based on the Motion module in SolidWorks,the motion simulation of the inclined special feed screw model in this paper has carried out,and the simulation analysis of each motion parameter curve and its corresponding theoretical parameter curve verifies the correctness of this method.The fitting experiment of the inclined special feed screw and the material has carried out,and the deviation analysis of each motion section has carried out to verify the correctness and accuracy of the modeling of the inclined special feed screw.This article adopts the oblique entry method for material transportation,and designs a special feed screw that meets this method,and performs simulation analysis and experimental verification on it.It has ideas and theoretical references for the design of the screw for future supply.
