With the rapid development of today's social economy and the gradual opening of China's low-altitude fields,helicopters have appeared more frequently in our field of vision,playing a huge role in the increasingly prosperous social life and military fields.With the increasing number of helicopters,the demand for helicopter pilots is also increasing,and training of helicopter pilots has become more important.At the same time,the high maneuverability and flexibility of the helicopter make it often used for emergency rescue missions in various special environments,facing different landing environments,such as the complex mountain ground and the surface of decks at sea.In order to meet the needs of helicopter pilots' daily flight training and deck landing training,this paper starts from the partial structural design of helicopter deck landing training platform and the modeling of helicopter deck landing dynamics to study the helicopter deck landing training system.The specific research contents are as follows.Completed part of the structural design of the helicopter simulator.In this paper,part of the structural design of the helicopter landing training platform(helicopter simulator)is completed,and the design work of the helicopter simulator cockpit shape and internal structure,cabin control mechanism and screen adjustment mechanism is completed.Established a complete helicopter deck landing dynamics model.In the establishment of the rotor aerodynamic model,the blade element method is used to calculate the rotor lift,and the dynamic inflow model is introduced to calculate the induced velocity,which improves the accuracy of the model;In the establishment of the helicopter landing gear model,the buffer struts and tires in the landing gear were simplified to a two-dimensional spring damping system and a three-dimensional spring damping system in series.The method of tire collision detection was used to determine the landing state of the helicopter,and the resultant force of the landing gear system and its resultant moment relative to the centroid of the helicopter are calculated when the helicopter descends on flat ground and deck surface.In this paper,the mathematical model of helicopter rotor,tail rotor,fuselage,landing gear and the motion equation of helicopter are combined to establish a complete helicopter deck landing dynamics model.Completed the dynamic simulation of helicopter from flight to deck landing.This paper uses MATLAB software to compile the helicopter deck landing dynamics program.Through modeling and simulation,the accuracy of the helicopter deck landing dynamics model is verified,and the dynamic simulation of the helicopter from flight to deck landing is realized.
