In the1930s, the world’s first practical helicopter VS-300test flight ok, ended the helicopter difficult exploration history, opened the prelude of helicopter industry development and innovation, can have a vertical take-off and landing helicopter, hovering and low-altitude, low-speed flying important characteristics such as flexible, these features make it is widely applied in military and civil fields. Great advancement of the science and technology and industrial production level, the corresponding helicopter technology to get fast development, the helicopter application scope expanding, helicopter each structural component design involves a lot of calculation and analysis of complex scientific research process manufacturing experiment surveying and drawing, etc. Military helicopters are high speed and good maneuverability, civil helicopter requires cheap and comfortable, noise and vibration level is low, driving and simple maintenance and so on, the future helicopter is going to be a safe, reliable, comfortable, practical, flexible, convenient, efficient, economy of aerospace vehicles.Helicopter landing gear unit is used for the takeoff, landing, taxiing and parked special device, its main function is to digest absorb a helicopter landing because of the energy produced by vertical speed, reduce the landing impact caused by overload, in addition, the landing gear is often also used to make the helicopter has the ability to slide on the ground and the runway and reduce sliding when because of uneven ground, resulting in collision and turbulence.This thesis with the landing gear as the research object, in the case of consulting a large number of data, on the principle of dynamics, through theory analysis, for helicopter landing gear structure is studied, and the3d geometry and finite element model is established, and finite element simulation is carried out based on the dynamics analysis, and carried on the thorough discussion of the result of the simulation. The main content of research is as follows:1. According to the helicopter used in different occasions, the landing gear of all kinds of structure are analyzed in detail. The various layout and the structure of the helicopter landing gear are studied, and then according to the fourth generation helicopter crashed on landing gear down design requirements, and put forward the feasible landing gear design.2. In today’s mainstream swing arm landing gear for reference, establish the finite element analysis model of landing gear system. Through the establishment of the landing gear kinematics equations, lay the foundation for the next step of the simulation study. 3. Drop module defines a based on ANSYS is composed of subsystems such as landing gear and wheel system component model, the vertical crash simulation analysis of landing gear. U ANSYS analysis results, for the simulation of the gear reliability, at the same time can also prove the landing gear design meets the requirements.4. The landing gear model is established for the next step of more accurate crash simulation analysis has laid a solid foundation. And conducive to the optimization design of new type of landing gear further.
