| The goal of this research work is to investigate the technology for modeling a truss string structure with the aid of the FE program SAP2000v14 and to evaluate possible reductions in external pull-out forces, deflections that were generated during the steel cable prestressing. My research work aims to implement a particular way of broad span structures. Two bracing supports link the upper arch chord to the base, reducing the upper part’s maximum bending moment and increasing stability. The configuration of the truss string structure was built using the Auto CAD program,SAP2000v14.Under external stress, the upward deflection and vertical deformation of the entire system are minimized.Added help to the spring bearings decreases the average moment of bending in the upper part and increases stability. To ensure a satisfactory conduct against wind and natural vibrations, the dynamic characteristics of the truss string structure, such as the natural frequencies and mode shapes, were examined.Prestressed cable and the use of these two bracing supports give many advantages over the reliability of other truss string structures.More effective use of the materials is accomplished due to the decreased structural forces,in addition to improved overall stiffness.Truss string structures provided the best results within the new model with current assumptions and parameters, achieving the lowest cable forces and significantly reducing the vertical deflection due to external forces. |
