With the continuous expansion of the domestic auto market,the national government to promote new energy vehicles,and many vehicle manufacturers continue to rise.However,the main means of development of the new enterprise is to reverse the development cycle,so that it can reduce the development cycle and reduce the development cost and risk.Chassis development as the core technology of automobile manufacturing is still the focus of enterprise research.This combination of a car enterprise chassis reverse development projects,according to the previous definition of the target vehicle quality requirements,in the early development of the repetitive optimization work and impact errors of assembling and manufacturing of suspension performance problems.The robust design method is combined with the practical engineering experience to optimize the design of the suspension system.(1)The three coordinate instrument on benchmark car(Mcpherson type about front suspension,three rod type about rear suspension))hard point measurement,measurement and test for vehicle parts quality,spring stiffness,lateral stable pole torsion stiffness,damping properties and buffer block.At the same time,the K&C test for whole vehicle and the K&C characteristic curve of the suspension are obtained.In the theory of dynamic mathematical model,using ADAMS software to establish the front and rear suspension dynamic model,simulation tests were carried out on the comparison,the simulation results and test results analysis,combined with the engineering experience of model updating.(2)Combined with the basic principles of chassis development by graphical description of the main characteristics of the K&C passenger car,the suspension K&C characteristic curve analysis,through the Isight platform for the implementation of multiple objectives and conditions of experimental design of key parameters for the identification and distinction of controllable factors and noise factors.(3)Refer to the domestic and foreign K&C test items,take the common project as the analysis project.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to score respectively on the characteristics of K&C are normalized to unity makes the response,and then using the Taguchi method and static dynamic system in system design of suspension kinematics and elastic kinematics characteristics.The feasibility of the parameter identification based on the Pareto solution set and the target response are tested.(4)The optimal level combination of the controllable factors is obtained by the small response characteristics of the target response,and the optimal level value is added to the model to compare the results before and after the simulation.The results show that the K&C characteristics meet the expected requirements.Compared with previous studies,the following innovations:(1)The traditional optimization of suspension system based on Isight platform for data transmission through the most standard interface,use the user interface,the output response is relatively simple,through data processing and simulation software to achieve.In this paper,the optimization process is integrated with ADAMS CAR by Simcode,and the quantitative index of the characteristic curve is obtained by using command language.(2)Simulation tests were carried out through joint projects at home and abroad K&C test project,then AHP score is normalized by the engineer on the suspension K&C characteristics,finally obtains the weight with reliable basis.(3)The Taguchi dynamic system is rarely seen in the robust design of the suspension system.Based on Taguchi's static state,this paper puts forward the construction of a dynamic system.Compared with the static system,Taguchi dynamic system is used to optimize the suspension characteristics and improve the evaluation target of the system response.K characteristic analysis selects the design factor and the noise factor through the sensitivity level,when the C characteristic analysis,the noise factor of the former will be taken as the design variable of the experiment,and the influence of the hard point and the bushing of the suspension on the C characteristic is considered.The advantage of the design scheme is not only to reduce the interference of the kinematic characteristics of the suspension to the hard points,but also to improve the arrangement of the hard points of the suspension.
