With the increase of the number of vehicles also brought a lot of road traffic problems.Traditional passive safety can only reduce accident damage after the accident,Otherwise the active safety,can prevent car traffic accidents before the event or take control of the car after the accident occurred,in order to minimize the losses of the accident.Vehicle collision active control technology includes the stability control of the car after the collision,risk protection and so on,Among them,the automobile collision active safety system play an important role in reducing the accident damage after the collision,and the automobile collision data acquisition and processing is a prerequisite for implementing a collision safety system.The vehicle collision data acquisition and processing technology in the paper is mainly focus on the physical parameters such as the acceleration,angular velocity and wheel speed of the vehicle during the collision time,which further to provide control data to the corresponding active safety control system.Considering the ultra-short collision process of the vehicle,the post-collision active safety system need to respond instantly to the collision state parameters.A method for calculating the posture vehicle attitude parameters based on two-dimensional vehicle collision dynamics model is presented to calculate the post-attitude of the vehicle by the prior parameters.Starting from the classical collision theory,the rigid body collision dynamics model is analyzed by shallow and deep,and then the one-dimensional and two-dimensional collision model of the vehicle is analyzed,and the vehicle collision dynamic model is constructed.In order to facilitate research the study,the vehicle is simplified as a rectangular rigid body,and the one-dimensional two-dimensional collision dynamic model of the rigid body is constructed.The validity of the constructed model is verified by the general traffic accident processing software PC?CRASH.Then,according to the needs of the active safety system,the corresponding sensor is selected to complete the hardware and software design of the vehicle collision data acquisition system.The vehicle collision data acquisition system loaded on the model car to acquire collision data by the collision test.And the data is processed using the collision model to obtain the predicted value of the vehicle post-touch information.In order to verify the validity of the proposed system,this paper first validates the validity of the model by software simulation,and then,in the experimental results and analysis,the collected signals are brought into the vehicle two-dimensional collision model to get the vehicle collision parameters.Compared with the original data,the validity of the data processing model is verified.The experimental data show that the model constructed in this paper can predict the collision posture attitude data by analyzing the collision data,The handling of collision events is a prerequisite,for the future of vehicle collision active safety control research has a certain reference value.
