| Over the past thirty years,China has made remarkable achievements in many fields.However,as time goes on,a lot of buildings because of the natural and artificial factors can not continue to meet people’s requirements.So,maintenance of building stage reinforcement became very popular concern in China.Although the traditional reinforcement methods are mature,they have different degrees of defects and limitations,Many domestic and foreign research institutions on strengthening methods are very in-depth study,the carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)has very high tensile strength,corrosion resistance,stable material,lightweight,convenient construction has become a popular choice in many reinforcement methods.Using prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement is one of them.This paper made the five concrete beams,one unstrengthened,four root strengthening by prestressed CFRP plate.The five beams are static load test,The beams in the normal use stage of the stress performance analysis of deformation performance of the system,focus on the cracks in the concrete beam deflection during normal use,with the load change.Based on the calculation model of the deflection and crack of the reinforced concrete beam,The bond slip crack analysis calculate formula of crack of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP plates,and the relationship between bending moment and curvature calculation of stiffness calculation method of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP plates,and the deflection formulas are given.The conclusions are as follows:The prestressed CFRP plate reinforced concrete beam can effectively improve the load characteristics of the beams,and,the level of tension and prestressed CFRP plate is higher,the effect is more obvious;The test beams reinforced by prestressed CFRP plate,the stiffness increased,the deflection deformation is obviously reduced.By using the finite element software ANSYS the finite element analysis of prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement deflection of reinforced concrete beams,the load displacement curve and the experimental load displacement curve calculation of the finite element software were compared and analyzed.In this paper,the calculated values of the calculated values of the crack and deflection formula are compared,and the difference between the theoretical calculation and the simulation value is 15%. |
