With the acceleration of domestic infrastructure construction,China has made great progress in bridge construction.In the construction stage,the bridge structure is built from scratch,from the construction process,site management,personnel operation and weather and climate uncertainties,may bring adverse consequences to the bridge construction.Therefore,in the rapid development of bridge construction,the method of assessing the risks faced by the project also needs to keep pace with The Times.This article mainly to bridge engineering construction stage of project risk evaluation as the research object,the pipeline risk assessment in the field of Kent index method is applied to the bridge risk assessment,and the method is improved,as a bridge project risk evaluation provides a new train of thought,to a more comprehensive system of risk analysis.Firstly,this paper starts from the risk factors affecting bridge engineering projects,and establishes the project risk evaluation index system by means of expert survey,questionnaire survey and factor analysis.On this basis,the index content is quantitatively studied by means of Delphi method and standard documents such as "safety risk assessment guide for highway bridge construction",and finally the index rating table of risk assessment index is obtained.Secondly,this paper analyzes the mathematical assessment method of bridge risk,improves the quantitative calculation method of risk value of Kent-Index method,retains the advantages of simple calculation method of Kent-Index method,and quantifies it by combining qualitative classification and quantitative evaluation.In order to reduce the influence of subjective factors in the evaluation process and maximize the utilization of the evaluation data,a grey evaluation model was established to determine the risk level in the form of index by using the grey mathematics theory.Finally,the risk analysis is carried out with the Ganjiang bridge project plan in Fushan,Nanchang,and the above results are applied to an engineering example.The results show that the improved Kent scoring method has good operability and practicability for the evaluation method of bridge project construction,and can take effective risk response measures according to the score of each index,which has certain practical significance for the bridge risk evaluation.
