| Influenced by the continuous upgrading of domestic consumption structure,the decline trend of micro car is more severe.The annual average decline of domestic micro car market in 2015-2019 is more than 10%,and the annual decline of Ca micro car from 2009-2018 is 6.5%.In order to achieve a significant breakthrough in future sales,it is imperative to speed up the "going out" strategy.As“The Belt and Road”initiative has been deepened,the "going out" of our independent brand automobile enterprises represented by CA micro car has brought hitherto unknown opportunities for development.It provides a good opportunity to alleviate the traditional overcapacity of CA automobile.This paper takes CA micro car as the research object,mainly through literature research,in-depth interviews and other methods to deeply analyze the export status and existing problems of Ca micro car,and puts forward targeted development strategies.The first chapter is to clarify the research background,research content,and then introduce the domestic and foreign research status and related theories.The second chapter introduces the macro environment and market environment of CA micro car export,as well as the current situation of CA micro car export.Currently,the export countries are mainly developing countries,and the main trade markets are covered by the "The Belt and Road" countries and regions.The third chapter analyzes the existing problems of Ca micro car,mainly including the scattered and unfocused export of overseas market,the insufficient investment layout and product development investment in foreign automobile market,and the low overseas brand image.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problems existing in the export of CA micro car,the development strategy is formulated.This article holds that “The Belt and Road”country and region should be focused on and the CA micro car should be firmly grasped by the opportunity.The fifth chapter is a summary and prospect.The problems that need to be improved in automobile export are not only the problems that CA micro car faces alone,but also the common problems that China’s automobile brand export faces.Therefore,the solution strategies of the current problems involved in this paper provide reference for other vehicle enterprises. |
