| As a professional equipment of tunnel excavation,shield machine has high cost and construction cost.After the completion of construction,the shield machine is often idle or directly discarded,resulting in a huge waste of resources.If we can remanufacture it with high surplus value,we can reduce the production cost greatly.At present,China’s shield machine remanufacturing industry is just in its infancy,and the theoretical research of state detection and evalutaion in its remanufacturing needs to be improved.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the state detection method,remanufacturing feasibility evalutaion,remanufacturing scheme optimization method,remanufacturing performance evalutaion and other contents in the remanufacturing of the some key equitment of the shield machine,and develops the relevant software system according to the actual needs,which is conducive to the development of shield machine remanufacturing industry.The research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Because of the different characteristics of mechanical equipment,there are differences in its remanufacturing feasibility evalutaion method.To establish an effective and scientific testing method is the premise and quality assurance of remanufacturability.The main bearing and cutter head assembly,the key equipment of shield machine,are taken as the research object,and its remanufacturing process is studied,state detection methods,instruments,standards,etc.(2)Taking the main bearing of the key equipment of shield machine as the main research object,the main shaft is completed by the comprehensive index method.The feasibility evaluation of bearing remanufacturing determines the comprehensive index range of main bearing under ideal condition.The remanufacturability index corresponding to four different remanufacturing schemes is demonstrated.In addition,the matter-element evalution model is used to evaluate the remanufacturing feasibility of the scraper.(3)Accorrding to the different failure modes of main bearing and cutter of shield machine,the remanufacturing scheme of main bearing and cutter is studied.Taking the remanufacturing scheme of main bearing as an example,the case-based reasoning method is used to optimize the remanufacturing scheme of main bearing and improve the optimization the scientifity of decision-making.(4)The evaluation index system of remanufacturing main bearing is estabished scientifically and reasonably.The performance evaluation of remanufactured main bearing is completed by the mothod of analysis and fuzzy TOPSIS decision.(5)The feasibility analysis system for remanufacturing key equipment of shield machine,the remanufacturing repairing scheme optimization system for main bearing and remanufacturing main bearing performance evalution system are developed.To some extent,it reduces the labor intensity of personnel engaged in remanufacturing production,and makes remanufacturability evaluation and the optimization of manufacturing repair scheme and the performance evalution after remanufacturing become more scientific and reasonable. |
