China is one of the countries with the largest annual production of machine tools in the world.The consumption and retention of machine tools ranks first in the world.However,the long service life of our country’s machine tools is long,and many machine tools are seriously aged and need to be replaced.The remanufacturing of used machine tools is a new industry,with significant savings in materials,energy conservation,and emission reduction,which is in line with China’s circular economy.With the development needs of low-carbon economy,it can effectively improve the status quo of China’s large demand for machine tools and severe aging of machine tools.It is a brand-new model for reusing used machines.At the same time,the evaluation of the remanufacturability of used machine tools as the theoretical guidance and decision-making basis for the remanufacturing of used machine tools is a key link in China’s urgent need for machine tool remanufacturing technology.This article focuses on the evaluation of the remanufacturing of used machines.Firstly,it mainly analyzes the research status and remanufacturing status of remanufacturing of machine tools at home and abroad.Based on this,it elaborates the definition and characteristics of remanufacturing,the definition and evaluation of remanufacturability,and analyzes the basic structure and waste of machine tools.The main failure modes of machine tools,from the dismantling of used machines,the cleaning of parts and components,the detection and classification of parts and components,the reprocessing or replacement of parts,the re-assembly of machine tools,the inspection of machine tools,and the identification of remanufactured machine tools A series of industrialization processes,such as packaging,analyzed in detail the main processes of remanufacturing of used machines.Secondly,on the basis of the principle of constructing a remanufacturability evaluation index system for waste machine tools,a remanufacturability assessment index system consisting of recyclability,technicality,cost,and greenness was constructed,and each index was analyzed.The commonly used multi-index weight analysis methods are compared,and finally the index weight calculation method based on entropy weight-AHP is adopted.Based on this,an evaluation model for remanufacturing of discarded machine tools based on the method of entropy weight analytic hierarchy process was established.Finally,a grey correlation analysis method was used to optimize the remanufactured machine tools that meet the requirements,and the optimal remanufacturability that the company wanted was obtained.Finally,the article introduced the implementation of the remanufacturing of machine tools by Qinchuan Machine Tools Group,analyzed the data of the KND-1000 T model machine tool using the model established in Chapter 4 to verify the validity of the remanufacturability evaluation model of the used machine tools.The evaluation of the remanufacturing of used machine tools provides theoretical guidance.
