Power transformer is an important power transmission and transformation equipment.Power grid company attaches great importance to the operation reliability of power transformer,but blindly improving the operation reliability will greatly increase the cost.Life cycle cost(LCC)management management is a kind of management concept and method which is based on the long-term benefits and uses a series of advanced technical means and management methods to pursue the lowest life cycle cost on the premise of ensuring high quality and reliable operation of equipment.It can promote the rapid and stable sustainable development of the power industry to manage the power transformer economically and effectively and study the power transformer maintenance decision based on the theory of life cycle cost.At present,in the study of transformer LCC and maintenance decision-making,most scholars mainly use the traditional service age regression model to describe the service age,and do not consider the impact of maintenance on service age regression.in the sensitivity analysis of transformer LCC,only the factors with a large degree of influence are obtained,and the trend of LCC change with time under the influence of various factors cannot be obtained.In view of the above problems,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In this paper,LCC cost component variables and related data of power transformer are collected,the influence of maintenance on cost and reliability is analyzed emphatically,and the degradation of service age return is taken into account.A service age return model of power transformer with linear quantitative attenuation is proposed,so as to realize the comprehensive optimization of maintenance scheme,LCC and reliability.(2)Based on the theory of system dynamics,the parameters of power transformer LCC are determined,including the system objective and boundary,causality analysis,stock flow diagram and equation construction,and the power transformer LCC system dynamics model is established.Then the sensitivity analysis of the model is carried out to get the trend of LCC change and key parameters under the mutual influence of various complex factors in the system.At the same time,the dynamic model of the power transformer LCC system is applied to transformer selection.(3)In order to enhance the search performance of the algorithm,two parameters of step length and discovery probability_aP in the cuckoo algorithm are improved.The optimal maintenance model of the life cycle cost of power transformer based on the adaptive cuckoo algorithm is established,and the optimal maintenance time and LCC are determined.At the same time,the different maintenance schemes are compared and analyzed with the optimal maintenance model established by the system dynamics method,and a decision interface of power transformer maintenance based on life cycle cost is established.
