More and more power batteries of electric vehicles are facing decommissioning,which will pollute the environment and cause waste of resources.Although the decommissioned power batteries can not meet the performance requirements in the field of electric vehicle application,they can still be used in other occasions.There are still big technical bottlenecks in the recycling technology and related processing technology of power batteries,there is a big gap with the coming real demand.In view of the above problems,this paper is based on the national standard GB / T 34015-2017 "residual energy detection of vehicle power battery recycling",GB / T 31486-2015 "electric performance requirements and test methods of electric vehicle power battery" and GB / T 27930-2015 communication protocol between electric vehicle off board conductive charger and battery management system,developed a set of electric vehicle power battery test and analysis system.The system includes two parts: test system and analysis system.According to the requirements of the national standard,the test system carries out the charging or discharging test on the electric vehicle power battery.During the test process,the State of Charge(SOC),total voltage,total current,single voltage and other parameters of the power battery are collected,displayed and stored in real time.The main purpose of the analysis system is to analyze the parameter data of the power battery,then to fit the curve of the data,to analyze the healthy state of the power battery of the electric vehicle,and to guide the applicable place of the retired power battery.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the background,significance,current situation and development trend of decommissioned power battery research are introduced,and the overall scheme design of the system is given,including demand analysis,overall structure design,hardware design,communication design and software design.Secondly,the test method and analysis method are designed according to the system scheme,the working principle of the power battery,the test method of the power battery charge and discharge and the theoretical basis of the analysis system are given,the classification and performance index of the lithium-ion power battery are listed in detail,and the model and curve fitting are given for the Kalman filtering algorithm.Then,the system hardware and electrical are designed.In the hardware part,the selection of can box,I / O module,multi-functional energy meter and power battery of the test object is given,and the principle and functional characteristics of each hardware equipment are introduced in detail;the overall electrical diagram of the test system is designed in the electrical part.Then,the communication of the system is designed and realized.The communication design of the upper computer with the power battery,I / O module,multi-functional watt hour meter,charge and discharge power module is given,and the communication message example is given.Finally,the software is designed and the test application is carried out.The design and implementation of the test system and analysis system are given.The design of the test system includes test process,parameter setting,test sheet,test module,report export,etc.the design of the analysis system includes data module,curve fitting,analysis report export and Kalman filter fit,etc.the health status of the tested battery is also analyzed Comprehensive evaluation.
