With the development of society and the development of science and technology,foundation pit engineering has also received more and more attention from the society.With the development of geotechnical anchoring technology,various types have been formed,but each anchoring technology has its own reliability and safety.Economic shortcomings.As a new type of slope protection pile reinforcement method,the cross prestressed anchor cable reinforcement damage support pile technology has its unique advantages compared with traditional pile reinforcement technology.This technology has not yet been promoted and used in engineering.It is of great significance to fully study its application effect,and it can provide guidance for the future use of the technology in engineering.This article takes the deep foundation pit project of Xi'an Xingfu Forest Belt as the project background,and studies and analyzes the application effect of the new damage support pile reinforcement method used in the test area B-cross prestressed anchor cable reinforcement damage support pile technology,respectively the field test monitoring analysis and numerical simulation data analysis were carried out,and the results of the two were compared and analyzed;and the reinforcement effect of the traditional anchoring method was compared to further analyze the application effect of the construction method.Carried out the following research work:(1)The technology has the advantages of convenient operation,labor saving,small space occupied by fertilizer tanks,small excavation and backfilling,greatly reduced steel consumption,uniform stress,and good deformation control effect.(2)By collating and analyzing the monitoring data of the field test,the horizontal displacement of the pile top,the vertical displacement of the pile top,and the verticaldisplacement of the ground surface with the soil body were obtained.The change law of excavation is in the process of strengthening the piles of foundation pits under the action of the cross prestressed anchor cable reinforcement damage support pile technology.(3)By using the numerical simulation software MIDAS / GTS to build a three-dimensional model of the project,extract the data and analyze the numerical simulation results,the horizontal displacement and pile of the pile body during the reinforcement process of the pile body under the effect of the cross prestressed anchor cable reinforcement damage support pile technology Changes in top horizontal displacement,vertical displacement of pile top and vertical surface displacement with excavation of foundation pit.By comparing and analyzing the numerical simulation results with the monitoring results,it is obtained that the relevant displacement change law in the numerical simulation is basically consistent with the change law obtained at the test site,which shows that the model can better simulate the application effect of this technology.(4)Based on the comparative analysis of the test monitoring results and numerical simulation results of the traditional anchor cable force transmission system—steel waist beam and OVM anchor reinforcement technology,it can be seen that the cross prestressed anchor cable reinforcement damage support pile technology has obvious advantages in controlling the horizontal displacement of the pile,the horizontal displacement of the pile top,the vertical displacement of the pile top,and the vertical displacement of the ground surface during the construction process has obvious advantages and can be promoted and used.
