Study On The Design Technique Of Reuse Of Space In The Reconstruction Of Old Industrial Buildings

With the development of economy,the industrial structure of the city is upgraded to the goal of "retreating two into three ",and the technology of high-tech is developed and cited,and the type of city is transformed from the " production city " in the industrial era to the " consumption city " in the industrial era,thus bringing about the situation that the old industry in the city is difficult to survive.How to exert its maximum use value under following the principle of original authenticity? These problems are in urgent need of solution in reality.This paper takes the research of the design technique of the old industrial building as the core,and takes the example of the old industrial building reconstruction in xi'an as the main research object,which is divided into three parts: the first part is the theoretical tracing and construction,the second part combs the historical background and development context of the industrial building in xi'an and carries out the investigation and analysis of the actual situation of the space reuse in the old industrial building reconstruction,and the third part summarizes the concrete design method of the transformation.The first part is composed of the first two chapters of basic theoretical research.The first chapter first analyzes the difficulties and opportunities faced by the old industrial buildings under the background of urban renewal,combs the development of relevant charters and theories,determines the basis and significance of the selected topics,and puts forward the overall research method and framework on this basis.The second chapter further expounds the theoretical basis and development of space reuse in the reconstruction of old industrial buildings,defines the relevant concepts,analyzes the transformation from "static" protection concept to multi-level protection and utilization concept,and summarizes the different types and ways of reconstruction of old industrialbuildings on the basis of following the basic principles of reconstruction.The second part is the core part of the paper,in which the third chapter combs the history of modern industrial development in Xi'an,analyzes the evolution process of the industrial spatial pattern and the distribution of the remains of the old industrial buildings in Xi'an in different historical periods,and studies the specific advantages and problems of the three typical areas,and then classifies and summarizes the characteristics of the spatial status of the old industrial buildings in Xi'an and the corresponding reconstruction and reuse design mode.Chapter four and chapter five carry out two empirical studies on the spatial reconstruction of the old industrial buildings,discussing the spatial characteristics of the buildings from the three aspects of location background,the external environment of the building group and the single building respectively,combining with the measures of the present situation,respectively,putting forward the corresponding whole and single transformation strategies,aiming at the basic research of the design strategy,and putting forward the corresponding operation methods of the reconstruction and reuse design from the aspects of the reconstruction of the whole environment space sequence and the design of the single building reconstruction.Finally,for the summary and thinking part,based on the xi'an concrete old industrial building example transformation strategy and design method,combined with the classic case,discuss the design operation vocabulary about the space reuse in the old industrial building reconstruction..
