Study On The Adaptive Transformation And Reuse Of Old Industrial Buildings In Ji'nan

With the rapid development of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure,China will undoubtedly enter or have entered the post-industrial society.As a witness to industrial civilization,old industrial buildings were largely idle and abandoned.Adaptability research has been widely watched by city builders and people from all walks of life.As the political,economic and cultural center of Shandong Province,Jinan's traditional industrial area is gradually declining.Therefore,the adaptability of Jinan old industrial buildings and reuse,in promoting urban renewal and maintain the characteristics of the city has far-reaching significance.This paper studies the old industrial buildings in Jinan,and studies the strategies of adapting and reusing the old industrial buildings in Jinan by referring to relevant literatures,field research and comparative analysis.Focusing on the D17 Cultural and Creative Industry Park(old Jinan brewery)as a practice case,according to the strategic approach to adaptive transformation,D17 hope to be reasonable protection and reuse,reenergized,improve the city image and city of Jinan grade.At the same time to develop the old industrial building protection ideas,innovation and protection of old industrial buildings and re-use of the model to meet the sustainable development strategy.
