Analysis On The Style Of Huifang Commercial Street In Xi 'an From The Perspective Of Informal Construction

In the three decades of rapid urbanization in China,modern cities have formed a series of large-scale and orderly formal urban Spaces under the control of "top-down" planning.At present,the mainstream urban construction is still efficiency-oriented,emphasizing the intensification of space,the efficiency of resources and the "eyecatching" appearance.By means of large-scale demolition and construction,the regional places full of feelings of "love" and the living space in line with the daily needs of users are updated into the super-scale new city space.These new city normal space due to ignoring the differences between the diversity and complexity of urban life,and not like planning blueprint for the expected dynamic,rich the milk of human kindness,on the contrary the exuberant vitality and the vigor of enduring space is often at the edge of the city,seemingly crowded,lack of order in the old city area.With city planning and development from the "incremental development" to "inventory management",urban construction path from the "grand narrative" turn on "civilian scene",based on the daily life,"bottom-up" supply and demand of urban informal construction,such as flow vendors,building the spontaneous and informal settlements,has been the concern of the people.This study takes Xi 'an Huifang commercial street and lane as the research object.With a history of hundreds of years,Huifang commercial street and lane is the most vigorous commercial tourism place in Xi 'an inner city.Through the development and reform in different periods,the mix and mix of informal construction and formal construction in commercial streets and alleys have created the unique street style.The focus of this study is the spontaneous renewal,transformation and construction of residents and merchants in streets and lanes.Firstly,the historical development background and spatial status of streets and lanes of Huifang commercial streets are sorted out,and the boundary between informal space and formal space is clarified,as well as the causes,dynamic mechanism and value significance of informal construction of streets and lanes of Huifang commercial streets and lanes are clarified.This paper extracts,sorts out,classifies and compares the formation of street informal style in commercial streets,and then studies the causes,results and influences of street informal style.Using the method of quantitative study of street lane image,the difference model is constructed to evaluate and compare the overall style of street lane and the original style of street lane under informal construction.This kind of construction behavior completely based on the initiative of residents and store operators has many advantages.Moderate informal construction is conducive to shaping high-quality and unique street style.Through this summary,the author objectively understands the value of informal construction,and proposes corresponding governance and spatial guidance strategies based on the guidance principle and coordination mechanism of informal construction,which is of great research significance to promote the renewal of existing old cities,the preservation of urban street features,and the realization of urban spatial justice.
