For a long time, people often in pursuit of innovation and beauty from commercial street landscape design while ignoring its humanity. In the commercial industry chain, the end consumers are the direct motivation source in commercial street’s design, construction and entire development process, which makes them an important role in this business. This article will study and analyze the landscape elements comprehensively from the perspective of consumer behavioral psychologyAs for now, there is no thorough evaluation index system for commercial Street landscape elements research. It’s usually just analyzed, compared and elaborated literally instead of establishing a specific and detailed evaluation index which studies the landscape elements in the view of consumer behavior psychology. This is far from being enough. Therefore this study breaks the previous theoretical talk. It combines with consumer behavior psychology to explore every element in commercial street landscape and strengthens the research depth on basis of in-depth interviews.In this article we firstly extract refining targets from literature theories, field investigation, case studies and small interviews to develop a questionnaire accordingly. Secondly we perform the questionnaire survey among targeted investigation objects, then analyze and conclude data from survey results. Finally, process result data by using factor analytical method,finalize the weight of landscape elements evaluation index in consumers’view and summarize an brand new set of commercial street landscape evaluation index system. It has certain significance for the reconstruction of existing commercial street and provide related elements assessment system basis.
