| In today’s high-speed productivity development,infrastructure construction in our country is a state of rapid development,as an indispensable part of civil engineering technology,the blasting technology today has in various areas especially large cubic metro engineering construction,reflects the great convenience and efficiency,but with blasting technique in engineering application is more and more widely,its engineering accidents is also increasing,in this paper,the blasting projects or other surrounding masonry structures under explosion accident,the structure of content about the problem of security and reinforcing research:(1)firstly,the concept of structural reliability of civil buildings is analyzed,and its elements,limit state equation and assessment method are introduced in detail,which lays a foundation for the assessment of structural safety.By introducing the types of engineering blasting or explosion accidents and the disaster system,the influence factors on the safety of civil masonry structures are analyzed.(2)secondly,by introducing the classification and technical standards of testing and assessment levels of existing civil buildings,the content of safety assessment is introduced from three levels,and the technical support is provided for the testing and assessment of existing civil buildings after engineering blasting or explosion accidents by combining with the current national norms or standards.And according to the content of routine safety inspection and assessment,the index system of structural safety assessment after engineering blasting or explosion accident is obtained by combining with the actual project.(3)again applicability analysis was carried out on the structural safety assessment method,and grey fixed weight cluster evaluation method for the quantitative analysis method,combining with the people the current relevant national norms and standards,such as the evaluation standard of the quantitative indicators for further refinement,is given from the perspective of grey fixed weight clustering and grey whitenization weight function clustering evaluation matrix and build up based on the grey clustering method of engineering blasting or explosion accident aftermath civil masonry building structure safety assessment model.(4)finally,the "3.03" explosion accident of xi ’an aerospace chemical power plant was taken as an engineering case,and the field actual data and theoretical model were combined.Finally,it was comparedwith the traditional detection method to verify its feasibility and accuracy. |
