The distribution network reconstruction problem is a NP(Non-Deterministic Polynomial)hard combination optimization problem.As one of the key technologies of smart grid,many experts,scholars and engineering technicians at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research.Compared with traditional methods,the intelligent optimization algorithm is the current research hotspot because of its high solution efficiency and excellent convergence performance.This paper proposes a novel and improved harmony search algorithm for solving the problem of distribution network reconstruction.The main work is as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of distribution network reconfiguration.Based on a brief analysis of the advantages and limitations of each method,the algorithm with better robustness and higher search performance in the intelligent optimization algorithm-the harmony search algorithm is selected as the basic algorithm in this paper to solve the distribution network reconstruction problem.Then it is established that the minimum network loss is the optimization goal of distribution network reconstruction,and based on the node layered forward-backward sweep method,the power flow of the distribution network is calculated,and obtained.As a key point,based on the analysis of the principle and process of the harmony search algorithm,this paper explains the influence of the reasonable selection of preset parameters on the performance of the algorithm,and further use the particle swarm algorithm parameter co-evolution strategy to determine the two preset parameters of the harmony search algorithm.Besides,optimized the tone fine-tuning steps of the harmony search algorithm to avoid presetting the remaining parameters of the harmony search algorithm with a heuristic strategy.Considering the problem of long feedback time in parameter co-evolution,a strategy for generating auxiliary new harmony is proposed to make the preset parameters more reasonable,and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the performance constraints of the preset parameters on the algorithm.Secondly,when applying the algorithm proposed in this paper to the distribution network reconstruction problem,for the treatment of infeasible solutions,an optimized branch disconnection rule is used to reduce the probability of infeasible solutions during the algorithm iteration process.At the same time,it detects and eliminates the infeasible solutions in the iterative optimization process of the algorithm,and further improves the optimization performance and calculation efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,the standard calculation example IEEE33-and 69-bus systems and the actual distribution network in a certain area are used for simulation verification,and the similar reference literature is selected to compare with the simulation results of the proposed method.The simulation comparison results show that the improved harmony search algorithm based on particle swarm parameter co-evolution proposed in this paper has low convergence algebra and good optimization performance.At the same time,based on Matlab GUI and Application Compiler,a prototype software which can be run independently is developed.
