Today's social science and technology is developing very rapidly,and the demand for electricity is also increasing.This greatly increases the burden on the distribution network,which leads to the network loss and voltage offset of the system,which affects the operation of the power grid.effectiveness.In order to reduce the network loss of the distribution network,improve the voltage quality,This paper proposes two ways to optimize the distribution network structure and optimize the active power of distributed generation to improve the efficiency of the distribution network.Since the access of the distributed generation will have a certain impact on the network structure of the distribution network,in order to improve the optimization effect as much as possible,this paper proposes a combination of the two ways to reduce network loss and improve voltage quality.This article begins with a brief introduction to some of the most common distributed generation and their corresponding mathematical models.And the distributed generation is simplified into the PQ model in the power flow calculation of the distribution network.The pre-push back-generation method based on node stratification is used to simulate the network loss and voltage distribution of the distributed network which include distributed generation,and summarized the law of the simulation results.Then the main content and basic principles of the harmony search algorithm are studied in depth.In order to solve the problem that the algorithm converges too slowly in the early iteration,it is easy to fall into the local optimum in the later stage,the algorithm is improved from the aspects of optimizing harmony memory,adaptively adjusting the disturbance bandwidth and increasing the optimization method.And the algorithm speeded up the search rate of the algorithm and solved the problem of local optimization successfully.And using the improved harmony search algorithm to simulate and analyze the optimized configuration of the distribution network with distributed generation.The results illustrate the effect of improved harmony search algorithm in distributed generation optimization configuration.Finally,the improved mayeda spanning tree algorithm is used in distribution network reconstruction.And the distribution network is optimized synthetically by combining the improved harmony search algorithm.In the example of IEEE33 node,firstly,the distribution network reconstruction without distributed generation is simulated and analyzed,the validity of the algorithm for distribution network reconstruction is verified.And then six different schemes for distribution network reconstruction with distributed generation are compared.It is shown that the integrated optimization of active power output of distributed generation anddistribution network reconstruction can minimize the network loss and voltage offset of distribution network.
