The development of high-speed railway is a significant change in the history of transportation industry. As a new mode of transportation,it provides an important thrust for the transformation of material and energy between cities and guarantees the economic and cultural exchanges between cities and regions with its advantages of large volume and high speed. As an important link connecting intercity traffic and urban traffic,high-speed railway passenger transport hub is not only a traffic transfer point but also a complex in urban spatial structure. Its transfer capacity greatly affects the conversion efficiency of regional people flow, logistics and energy flow.On this premise, based on the theoretical perspective of "green transfer",the paper reveals the transfer layout, transfer mode, transfer mode, and transfer mode of hub station According to the problems existing in the coordination of transportation capacity, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter focuses on the background and significance of this research, combing the research status at home and abroad and establishing the research framework of this paper, including research area overview, research ideas, research content and technical methods.Chapter 2 mainly defines the concept of green transfer, and sorts out the theoretical research basis. In Chapter 3,by comparing the layout characteristics of high-speed railway hub transfer in big cities,it is found that the organization and layout of Yantai high-speed railway hub transfer with multiple traffic modes are not intensive and complex, the pull function of hub station on the surrounding land commercial development is not obvious, and the land utilization rate is not high.In Chapter 4,the proportion of transfer modes in Yantai high-speed railway hub is inconsistent, and the green transfer rate is lower than that in Qingdao high-speed railway hub and that in the city.In Chapter 5,by calculating the distribution capacity of each auxiliary traffic mode in Yantai Station,we get that the coordination capacity of transportation capacity in Yantai Station is at a general level, and we take the matching degree of transportation capacity as the constraint condition and the minimum system cost as the goal to establish the optimization model of transportation capacity. We find that for Yantai Station,it is the best to raise the ratio of transportation capacity of conventional buses properly and reduce the ratio of transportation capacity of taxis and private cars.Chapter 6 provides decision support for the green transfer of Yantai high-speed railway hub from the perspectives of improving the three-dimensional combination of multiple modes of transportation, strengthening the land intensification of surrounding plots, improving the public transport service system, scientific and reasonable planning of urban rail transit, and optimizing the proportion of transfer modes.Chapter 7 is a comprehensive review of the contents of the first six chapters, and the shortcomings of this study and the parts to be discussed in depth.
