In China's integrated transport system,road-passenger-transport and railway-passenger-transport are two of the most important forms of the passenger transport.The relationship between them is both competitive and cooperative.With the increase of economy and the gradual expansion of city scale,the demand of people's travelling has become high-end oriented,diversified and individualized.The rapid railway-passenger-transportation framework has brought great changes for people's travelling,making the capacity of the traditional road-passenger-transportation reach saturated.The new version of Medium and Long-Term Railway Network Plan has emphasized the role of the high-speed railway system in the comprehensive transportation system,and the high-speed railway-passenger-transport has gradually become the main part of long-distance passenger transportation.In the future,the road-passenger-transportation industry will also develop toward intensification,informatization,and intelligence.Under this background,it's a new idea to take the synergetic theories into the transportation sector,and it has been commonly recognized by the society.Then it has become a consensus that the coordinated development is the key to allocate resources reasonably and optimize the integrated transport structure.Therefore,research on the coordinated development of road-passenger-transport and high-speed railway-passenger-transport is meaningful both in theory and in practice.On the basis of a large number of relevant researches,this paper analyzed the characteristics and the internal relationship among the road-passenger-transport and high-speed railway-passenger-transport system.Firstly,this paper elaborated the challenges and opportunities brought by the development of high-speed railway-passenger-transport to road-passenger-transport,and summarized the goals of their collaborative development,so as to propose the co-evolution mechanism of the road-passenger-transport and high-speed railway-passenger-transport.Secondly,this paper constructed a multi-objective cooperation model for the road-passenger-transport and high-speed railway-passenger-transport,with the goal of minimizing the difference between the actual and the ideal function utilization.Thirdly,this paper carried out an empirical analysis.Given the actual situation of the high-speed railway from Xi'an to Hanzhong,this paper selected five main factors as the utility indicators used the entropy method to modify the index weights,combining with the characteristics of passenger's travel and following the principle of utility maximum.Then this paper used the genetic algorithm to solve the model and calculated the sharing rates of two forms of transportation based on the optimal solution,in order to gain the optimized proportion of the passenger transport structure from Xi'an to Hanzhong.Finally,this paper made suggestions for the coordinated development of road-passenger-transport and high-speed railway-passenger-transport from different perspectives.
