Study On Wear Resistance Of Composite Synchronous Ring

The automobile synchronous ring can improve the comfort of shifting and realize smooth shifting.At present,most of the synchronous rings are treated with alloy steel molybdenum spraying,but with the development of high-power and high-torque vehicles,the wear of the rings gradually increases.In order to improve the synchronizing ring friction coefficient,this paper will through the synchronization ring surface bonding resistance to friction material and the ISO814-86 determination of vulcanized rubber and metal bonding strength-two plate method and international standard ISO1747-1976 vulcanized rubber and rigid metal bonding shear strength determination-four plate shear method for shear strength and bonding strength test,as well as the friction and wear test,to study the adhesive fiber affect the performance of synchronous ring integrated.This paper,two kinds of carbon fiber fabric,one kind of Kevlar fiber fabric,were used as the friction material for pretreatment,and then seven kinds of adhesives were used for bonding test.The shear force,shear strength,adhesive force and adhesive strength are tested by the above two methods,and the immersion time,adhesive and coating thickness of adhesive corresponding to the best adhesive effect are selected.Select the best result,carry out friction test,test its service life and wear.The results show that the shear strength and adhesive strength of Kevlar fiber fabric are smaller than that of carbon fiber fabric,and the trend of change is similar with the prepreg time,but the service life of Kevlar fiber fabric selected in this paper is longer than that of carbon fiber fabric selected in this paper.The test method in this paper is not only applied to the friction material of gearbox synchronizer,but also to other tests that need to be bonded and rubbed.
