With the increase of national attention to traffic safety,the policy of installing tire pressure monitoring system for passenger cars has been implemented.The tire pressure monitoring system has the function of preventing tire blowout and monitoring pressure,and can prevent traffic accidents in advance.Therefore,the tire pressure monitoring system has entered the field of automobile safety strongly and will surely have a broader market space in the future.In view of the current mainstream tire pressure monitoring system in the market needs to be manually matched,which requires the automobile factory to spend a large amount of capital and labor cost,this paper proposes a scheme of tire pressure monitoring system based on ABS adaptive positioning function.This paper is mainly composed of four parts : 1.Overall design of the system: based on the functional analysis of the tire pressure monitoring system,the system is mainly composed of two parts: a built-in sensor and a controller.Built-in sensors are used to monitor the internal pressure and temperature data of the tire and send the data to the receiver through high-frequency signals.The receiver is used to receive high frequency data and process data for display and alarm functions.2.Sensor and receiver hardware circuit design and software design: The hardware design optimizes the circuit,reduces the power consumption,and performs impedance matching in the antenna design to complete the reception of signals.3.Adaptive positioning function is realized based on ABS adaptive positioning algorithm: The PAL algorithm is proposed to transmit high-frequency data from the sensor at a fixed position,and the receiver can collect ABS tooth number signal when receiving high-frequency positioning data.Through multiple data collection,the linear statistics of the data are carried out,and the positioning of the data is completed according to the statistical results of the data.4.System test: Perform basic function test and positioning function test on the system.In terms of the basic function test of the system,the high pressure alarm,low pressure alarm,air leakage alarm and other functions were tested.The functions were normal and met the requirements of the system definition.The accuratepositioning function can be achieved by testing the adaptive positioning function based on ABS.In terms of accuracy,the pressure monitoring accuracy can achieve±5kpa,the positioning accuracy can achieve 100% success in the first positioning,and can reach more than 93% in the second positioning,meeting the positioning accuracy requirements.
