At present,the distribution rooms of power supply companies are mostly in the basement,which has problems such as poor operating environment,frequent equipment failures,and unsatisfactory maintenance strategies;and the current equipment condition assessment methods are often difficult to implement in actual operation due to excessive technical limitations..In order to solve these problems,we start with the monitoring of the operating environment parameters of the power distribution room.Through the non-contact monitoring method,the possibility of actual operation is greatly improved.By setting the selection criteria of non-contact monitoring indicators,11 monitoring indicators including noise,oxygen,water immersion,dust,temperature,wall vibration,humidity,ozone,carbon monoxide,hydrogen sulfide and fire were selected to form non-contact monitoring indicators system.Select the corresponding monitoring equipment,formulate a reasonable monitoring frequency and monitoring location,carry out on-site monitoring experiments with the first-stage canteen distribution room of the campus as the monitoring location,and obtain a large amount of effective data;The fuzzy algorithm is used for data analysis,and the monitoring data is transformed into the evaluation language for the operating environment of the power distribution room.Set 11 non-contact monitoring indicators as evaluation factors,establish the static weight of each evaluation factor according to the analytic hierarchy process,establish the dynamic weight of each evaluation factor by calculating the similarity,and combine the static weight with the dynamic weight For comprehensive weighting,the objectivity and accuracy of weight calculation are improved.According to the trapezoid-triangle membership function and expert experience,the membership function of each evaluation factor is determined,and the qualitative problem is transformed into a quantitative description.The operation result of the operation environment of the distribution room can be obtained by calculating the comprehensive weight and membership function;After analyzing a large number of power distribution room operating environment assessment results,it is found that these assessment results have certain regularity.We use the monitoring data to analyze the 11 evaluation factors separately with different weighting factor variables and single factor variables,and classify the evaluation results according to their pros and cons.At the same time,referring to the content of the national grid company's distribution maintenance,different maintenance levels are set,and the reasons for the abnormality of various indicators are determined according to the relevant data.Finally,the evaluation results,maintenance level and the cause of abnormal indicators are combined,and the maintenance strategy when different indicators are abnormal is drawn up to help the maintenance personnel better carry out the maintenance work;Combined with the existing environmental monitoring system architecture of the internship company,a software module for comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the operating environment of the power distribution room was developed.The software module is divided into three levels including:perception layer,acquisition layer,and application layer.The acquisition module is developed at the perception layer to realize data collection and upload;the data storage module,analysis module and early warning module are designed at the collection layer to realize data storage and analysis;and the user terminal interface is designed at the application layer Intuitively shows the operating environment of the power distribution room.
