With the development of economy and productivity,the demand for concrete is increasing,and the shortage of aggregate is becoming increasingly prominent matter.It is particularly important to find a new type of green and environmental aggregate resources.In this paper,the waste ceramic of Wuzhou Ceramic Industrial Park is taken as the research object.Based on the mix proportion of ordinary concrete,the apparent volume method is used to calculate the ceramic content.The mechanical properties and working performance of concrete with different ceramic content under different water cement ratio are analyzed.The water cement ratio and the best ceramic content of waste ceramic concrete are determined.On the basis of this ratio,the concrete is made to test its dry shrinkage,wear resistance,impermeability and interface performance,and to explore the influence of ceramic content on its road performance.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:?1?A hammer crusher is used to process ceramic waste to obtain coarse ceramic aggregate.A series of indexes such as crushing value,apparent density,water absorption and alkali aggregate reaction were tested.It was concluded that the coarse ceramic aggregate could be used as the coarse aggregate for concrete.Through the X-ray diffraction test and electron microscope scanning test,it was found that the ceramics contained SiO2,CaCO3,MgCO3,Al2O3,3CaO·Al2O3,Al2SiO5,Na2Si3O7 and other compounds,which have no potential negative effect on the hydration of concrete?2?Based on the original concrete mix proportion,the waste ceramic concrete is designed.Two ceramic substitution methods,quality method and apparent density method,are used to make the waste ceramic concrete.Through the analysis of its mechanical properties and working performance,the method of adding ceramic is determined to be apparent density method.The water cement ratio of recycled ceramic concrete is 0.38,and the optimum content of ceramic is 50%-70%.?3?Through the test of compressive strength,flexural strength and working performance,it is concluded that the mechanical strength of concrete increases with the increase of ceramic content,but when the ceramic content is 100%,the mechanical strength of waste ceramic concrete decreases;its working performance changes obviously,and decreases with the increase of ceramic content,so it can be preliminarily judged that the ceramic has an effect on the concrete The working performance of soil has a negative impact,and has a positive impact on the mechanical strength.?4?Through the study on the impermeability,shrinkage,wear resistance and interface performance of waste ceramic concrete,it is concluded that the shrinkage of concrete decreases with the increase of ceramic content,the wear resistance changes little compared with the original concrete,and the impermeability increases with the increase of ceramic content;the recycled ceramic concrete is made into corresponding samples by artificial treatment SEM scanning test was carried out on the samples to explore the bonding between Recycled Ceramic Coarse Aggregate and cement mortar,and the interface strength test between different aggregates and cement mortar was carried out to verify the test results of SEM scanning.Finally,it is concluded that the interface adhesion between Recycled Ceramic Coarse Aggregate and cement mortar is better than that of original gravel...
