Urban road greening is an important part of urban green space system and one of the important symbols of urban civilization.The systematic study of urban road plant landscape is conducive to the improvement of urban greening level,the improvement of ecological environment,the shaping of urban image and the protection of urban security.Taking traffic safety as the entry point,this paper studied the influence of road plant landscape on traffic safety from aspects of traffic safety and pedestrian safety.At the same time,the ecological and ornamental nature of plant landscape were considered,and the evaluation system of urban road plant landscape was established.Taking Guilin city as an example,24 representative main roads were selected as research objects to investigate the plant landscape and potential safety hazards.On this basis,the entropy weight method and k-means cluster analysis method were used to comprehensively evaluate the plant landscape security level,and the principal component factor analysis method was used to verify the evaluation model,so as to propose optimization Suggestions for the current situation.The results as follows:(1)Investigation and analysis of urban main road green space plantsThe results showed that there were 60 species of plants,belonging to 44 families and 53 genera,most of which were native plants.The plant is arranged in a variety of ways,with Joe-irrigation-grass as the main.The plant landscape has distinct layers,and the traffic visual interference is small,which well meets the requirements of pedestrians and traffic safety.The ratio of shallow-rooted tree species to deep-rooted tree species was 1:1.9,indicating that the main species were deep-rooted tree species and the stability of tree species was good.The ratio of fast growing tree species to medium growing tree species was 1:2.3,medium growing tree species were dominant and the landscape greening effect was good,but the root growth of some fast growing tree species was destructive to the road foundation.The plant colors are mainly red and yellow,which play a guiding and warning role in traffic activities.51.67% of the plant species have strong resistance to pollution,effectively ensuring the safety of road ecological environment.(2)Evaluation of urban arterial plant landscape based on traffic safetyThe evaluation results show that the spatial environment of urban road plant landscape has the greatest influence on traffic safety,traffic space,line-of-sight distance and environmental improvement are the main influencing factors,and the clearance height of sidewalks,the amount of arbor per unit area and the blocking of traffic line of sight are the key influencing indicators.Belong toⅠlevel of urban road only accounted for 4.17%,Ⅱlevel accounted for 37.50%,Ⅲlevel accounted for 41.67%,Ⅳlevel accounted for 12.50%,Ⅴlevel accounted for 4.17%.Overall safety level in the plant landscape of Guilin isⅡ~Ⅲ level,belongs to the medium to good security level.(3)Existing problems and optimization SuggestionsBased on the results of field investigation and evaluation,it is found that the main road in Guilin has some problems,such as plants blocking the traffic line of sight,poor anti-glare effect and blocking the traffic facilities.Based on the perspective of traffic safety,the paper puts forward the basic requirements of road greening safety design,including paying attention to scientific tree selection,reasonable collocation of plant colors,strict control of plant height and spacing,and giving play to plant ecology.At the same time,in view of the existing safety problems,put forward optimization Suggestions: enhance the anti-dazzle effect of greening;Ensure the safety of traffic line of sight;Strengthen the protection of pedestrian greening;Rectification of hidden greening projects.
