With the development of the domestic aviation industry, the construction of the airport airfield area has ushered in a peak period. The ground service vehicles and other equipment inside the airport have increased significantly.Real-time accurate positioning of the vehicles in the airport is an effective means to improve safety. The map matching algorithm is one of the important means of positioning error correction.Existing real-time map matching technology mostly uses preset settings in parameter setting, and no additional adjustments are made for the specific environment of the airfield area.Based on this, this paper proposes a real-time map matching algorithm for airport airfield areas based on fuzzy logic.First, this paper briefly introduces the source of map matching problems and map matching errors, explains the principles of map matching algorithms, outlines the current research status of map matching algorithms and the application of parameter adjustment strategies, and provides corresponding theoretical basis for algorithm research.Secondly, through the statistics of the parameter selection of the topology map matching algorithm, the appropriate parameters for the airport flight area are selected, and a real-time topology map matching algorithm is proposed based on the parameter selection. The algorithm mainly includes three matching stages, namely the initial stage, the non-intersection matching stage and the intersection matching stage. In the initial matching stage and the intersection matching stage, the flight area topology rules and proximity, heading difference and other geometric information are combined. The weight calculation method performs road segment recognition and completes the matching process of the moving target map. After completing the algorithm design,an example-specific parameter adjustment tool is proposed. The airfield area is divided according to the environmental characteristics, and representative instances are selected in each zone. For different instances, the quantification method of the environmental characteristics is given, and the environmental characteristics are used as the quantitative input, and the algorithm parameters are used as the output. The result of the algorithm execution is to set up a fuzzy logic inference system to complete the instance-specific parameter adjustment, thereby obtaining the parameter setting level in each area.On the basis of the above research, the algorithm proposed in this paper is used as a theoretical support to develop a moving target monitoring platform based on ESRI’s Arc GIS platform. Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, this paper selects an airport as a case analysis, and uses a test case to compare and analyze the matching effect of differet algorithm.Experiments prove that the parameter-matched map matching algorithm is superior to the original algorithm in matching effect or algorithm execution efficiency.
