At present,the number of electric vehicles is increasing rapidly,and large-scale electric vehicles are connected to the distribution network for charging,which seriously affects the safety of the distribution network and has a huge impact on the power grid.Therefore,it is very urgent to adopt a reasonable method to plan a charging station that can provide sufficient charging power for electric vehicles while reducing the impact on the grid.Installing energy storage and photovoltaic power generation systems in charging stations can play a role in cutting peaks and filling valleys and reducing grid fluctuations.At this stage,most cities in the country are implementing time-of-use electricity prices.On the basis of time-of-use electricity prices,certain economic and social benefits can be obtained by scheduling the charging and discharging time and charging and discharging rate of energy storage at charging stations,but at this stage A set of mature charging station planning and design schemes,so it is of profound practical significance to reasonably configure the photovoltaic and energy storage capacity of the charging station.This paper designs the overall scheme of the photovoltaic energy storage charging station,which is the first step in the design of the charging station configuration scheme.Completed the selection of the overall structure of the charging station,the selection of energy storage,and the design of the energy storage electric energy charging and discharging circuit,analyzed the output rules of the photovoltaic cell,compared the mainstream charging pile structure and charging efficiency,and determined the configuration of the charging station The plan laid the foundation.In this paper,the load modeling of the charging station is carried out.The accuracy of the charging station load model will seriously affect the optimization process of the charging station configuration below,so this article uses statistical laws to improve the accuracy of the modeling,analyze the factors that affect the load modeling,and quantify the impact of each factor.The flow of charging station load modeling is determined,and the load modeling simulation is completed.This paper proposes a new energy distribution scheme in the charging station.Appropriate energy distribution schemes can realize the effective use of resources and increase revenue.In this paper,based on the relationship between the internal structure of the charging station and the conservation of energy in the station,a set of methods for energy distribution in the charging station is formulated.The program is designed according to the time division of time-sharing electricity price,and the correctness and rationality of the energy distribution result are verified.This paper designs a system configuration scheme optimized for economic indicators.This scheme fully considers the impact of time-sharing electricity prices and battery costs,and on this basis,establishes a charging station economic evaluation model.Comparing the two energy storage schemes using the brand new lithium iron phosphate battery and the stepped battery eliminated by the electric vehicle,the configuration scheme of the photovoltaic energy storage charging station optimized with economic indicators was obtained.The above scheme is compared with the revenue of ordinary charging stations without photovoltaic energy storage to verify the feasibility of the configuration strategy.This topic can provide charging facility operators and relevant government management departments with early planning suggestions for the construction of charging facilities.For established power stations,energy storage systems and photovoltaic power generation systems can be added to analyze key technical indicators and key value indicators of charging stations effect.
