New energy power generation and new energy vehicles have become the research hotspots of scientific research institutions of various countries as the main ways to solve the energy shortage problem.As the main access network of electric vehicles,smart grid has become the main component network of modern society.However,the access of electric vehicles has uncertainties in time and space,and large-scale electric vehicle charging on the network will have a great impact on the normal operation of the smart grid.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the charging and discharging characteristics of electric vehicles and to establish the time-of-use electricity price of smart grids containing electric vehicles.This thesis focuses on the issue of time-of-use electricity pricing for community charging piles and public charging stations under smart grids.On the basis of studying the travel characteristics and charging rules of electric vehicle users charged by community charging stations and public charging stations,the issue of charging prices for electric vehicles is determined.research.In terms of electricity pricing for residential charging piles,first of all,according to the daily driving mileage of electric vehicles and the travel rules at the time of returning home,the Monte Carlo sampling method was used to establish the disorderly charging and model of electric vehicles.Second,the disorderly charging The price elasticity coefficient is introduced into the load model,and a price guidance model is established to obtain the electric vehicle charging load after the price guidance;the community charging is established with the goal of the largest community charging pile revenue,the minimum user charging cost expenditure and the community power grid load stable The electricity price formulates the optimization model,and uses the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy to solve the model.Finally,the algorithm is verified by simulation examples.The results show that the established model reasonably and effectively guarantees the stability of the power grid load,and at the same time allows users and communities Charging piles achieve a win-win situation.In terms of electricity pricing for public charging stations,first of all,based on the time of charging station users arriving at the charging station and the amount of travel,the charging load model of the charging facility service system was established based on the queuing theory;Satisfaction of the system and analysis of the utilization rate of charging service facilities.Taking the charging station's maximum benefit,the highest facility utilization rate and the user's lowest charging cost as the objective functions,an optimization model for charging and charging station electricity price was established,and a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy was used to solve the model.Finally,the algorithm is verified through simulation examples,which shows that the model established is reasonable and effective to improve the utilization rate of charging facilities,increase the profit of charging stations and reduce the charging costs of users.
