As a kind of high-tech weapons,the airborne cluster munition has broad military application prospect.The separation technique is one of the key techniques in the development of cluster munition,and the dispersal effect of bullet is an important index to measure the combat effectiveness.In this paper,the interior ballistic process and the drops spreads of bullet are studied by numerical simulation based on the gasbag separation system.The main research work is as follows:(1)The structure composition and working principle of central gas generation system presented,and characteristics of process of external combustion gasbag separation were analyzed.Based on some basic assumptions,The theoretical model of interior ballistic was established,The interior ballistic program of the scattering process was developed and simulation calculation was carried out.By comparing results of simulation with experimental,rationality of theoretical model was proved.(2)The response of spray combustion,energy release,energy conversion device expansion,movement of bullet to different parameters were analyzed systematically according to the simulation calculation by aimed at the characteristic parameters of the volume of central pipe,the orifice area of central pipe,the charge and the mass of bullet.The regular of energy release and bullet motion characteristics in the process of scattering were analyzed,the influence of the characteristic parameters on the internal ballistic performance and the movement of the bullet was discussed.(3)The effect of airborne cluster munition with bullets sequentially separation was analyzed.The model of bullet flight trajectory,drops spreads was established.The main factors that affect the distribution of drops were analyzed and discussed by calculated the effects of various characteristic parameters on the drops dispersion.The feasibility of bullets sequentially separation on improving dispersal effect was verified.The system can achieve better operational effectiveness by adopting sequential distribution mode and optimizing relevant parameters.
