With the rapid development of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the numerical simulation of the actual engineering applications play an increasingly important role for the separation problem of complex shape multi-body, relying solely on the wind tunnel test methods, not only for test equipment and high personnel requirements, and its results can not be fully described in the actual process. The introduction of dynamic grid method makes easier to solve the flow field simulation of large moving boundary problems. Subdomains by computing subdomains domain decomposition is more easy to generate structured grid and unstructured grid, making the the structural grid along with the moving wall with the campaign to improve the accuracy and efficiency.The study of this paper includes the following aspects:First, the analysis of the numerical simulation of the general process, establish interfere with the physical model and control equation flow solver, numerical methods for solving the governing equations and the theory of dynamic mesh methods. Secondly, the use of exterior ballistics principle the preparation of a program for solving the six degrees of freedom dynamics and kinematics equation suitable for the the cluster bombs separation process neutron bomb, rewritten for users to add custom program to the commercial CFD software. Dispensing and separation of cluster munition modeling simulation of flow field, obtained by calculating the spoiler field characteristics and aerodynamic data, use the dynamic mesh the cluster munition separation of six degrees of freedom motion parameters, and simulation results are analyzed. The results showed that, based non often compressible Reynolds average N-S equation to Realizable(κ-ε) equation model of turbulence model, near the wall using the wall function, spatial discretization based on the finite volume AUSM+format, compared to accurately simulate the cluster bombs separation of complex flow field, cluster munition has a strong aerodynamic interference between the initial angle of attack and throw speed impact trajectory of bullets isolated. Multi-body separation interference flow involves many fundamental problems in fluid mechanics, and engineering are of universal significance.
