| As one of the three major industries of global energy demand,building energy consumption has a significant impact on the global energy trend.There has been the rising civil building area in China along with the development of urbanization,,which causes the rapid increment of building energy consumption.Office building has become one of the highest energy-consumption building among public buildings in China,therefore it is of great significance to research in the energy saving of office building in Severe Cold Region.Cross laminated timber,a representative engineering wood with the high environmental friendliness,excellent structural and aesthetic performance,can effectively reduce the building energy consumption.This research carries out CLT building energy-saving comparative experiments and configuration design of office building in Severe Cold Region.First of all,this paper summarizes CLT building’s application situation in China and the design criteria through a literature review.At the same time,it summarizes and analyzes the relevant basic theories,design variables and evaluation indicators of building energy saving and configuration design.Assisted by the platform of IES-VE,this research conducts a energy-saving comparison experiment between the existing concrete building and CLT building under the same simulation environment through a case study of typical slab concrete structure office building located in Harbin,in order to explore the energy-saving benefits and adaptability characteristics of CLT materials in Severe Cold Region.Finally,this research carries out the CLT envelope configuration design in Severe Cold Region,whose design variables mainly include the thermal insulation configuration,thermal insulation materials and the thermal insulation materials thickness of CLT envelope.Then proposes several design schemes of multi-system CLT envelope configuration based on three design variables.Following that,conducts energy-saving comparative experiments for each configuration design,and quantifies their energy-consumption and economic results through mathematical models and quantitative methods.Through the qualitative analysis on the energy conservation adaptability law of CLT building in Severe Cold Region and the effect of each variable on it,so as to provide CLT building in severe cold area in China in the future This research aims to lay a research foundation for the future application of CLT building in severe cold area in China. |
