Shanghai belongs to the Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone.The climate change obviously and four seasons are divided.It's hot in summer and cold in winter,the indoor environment quality is poor.It's become a much-needed construction on the subject that how to improve the building envelope of thermal properties,so that the building has a good indoor thermal comfort,to reduce the dependence of cold and heat source and reducing energy consumption.The window,wall,roof,and floor are the four important parts of building envelope construction.And the window has the worst capacity of keeping warm and insulating against heat,from which there are most heat losing.Thus the window is one of the most important factors of building energy consumption.It's the most important instrument to building energy efficiency,taking some methods of energy efficiency to window.Based on the characteristics of the climate in Shanghai,this paper firstly used the energy analysis software DOE-2 to calculate the thermal properties of different energy-saving glasses and the solar radiation heat in different orientation,and analyzed the impact of the different glasses to the building whole energy consumption. The study has important reference value for choosing energy-saving glass in Shanghai. The results show that:in summer,it has better energy-saving effect at the east and west;compared to the ordinary single-layer glass,double Low-E glass,double-layer glass,single-layer Low-E glass and ordinary glass with 3M film save energy expenditure 0.15 KW·h / m~2,0.17 KW·h / m~2,0.23KW·h / m~2.0.22 KW·h / m~2, 0.20KW·h / m~2,0.20KW·h / m~2,0.38 KW·h / m~2,0.40 KW·h /m~2 respectively;the effect sequence to the yearly energy consumption is double Low-E glass>ordinary double glass>single Low-E glass>ordinary glass with 3M film>ordinary single-layer glass.In ChapterⅣ,a typical standard room mode was set up.The model is based on the 3mm transparent glass window.The impact of the different orientation and shading devices to the model's unit area energy consumption is analyzed.The effect of the annual energy consumption by the shade is most in the South.When the WWR is 0.43,0.67,under the horizontal shade,the annual energy-saving rate can be above 12%,15%,and the east is 11%,10%,the West is between 8%and 10%,the North is the smallest one,only 4%~5%.The energy-saving rate is biggest with integrated shade.Compared to the horizontal shade,it can increase 4%~5%,There is little difference betewwn the east and west,only about 2%.The simulation results about the horizontal and vertical shading show that the best lengt of the outside board is 0.5m~0.6m or so.In order to evaluate the energy-saving buildings in Shanghai,this paper used the software-eQUEST to simulating the energy consumption of a local office building. And then,the energy-saving effect of the various energy-saving projects is analyzed. At last,the economic analysis of the envelope energy-saving design is given to determine the final envelope energy-saving design is the best choice.The purpose of this paper is playing a positive role to construction technique on saving energy-sources.
