| Asteroids are an important type of celestial body in the solar system.Humans can use the method of detecting asteroids to deepen their understanding of the evolution of the solar system and then explore the problems of the origin of the earth.At present,attachment sampling has become an important direction for the development of key technologies for asteroid detection.This technology will ensure that the detector can be drilled and sampled on the surface of the asteroid for a long time to obtain more abundant surface material information.Considering the characteristics of low power,small volume,light weight and low required drilling pressure of ultrasonic drilling,it is especially suitable for drilling operations in the weak gravity environment of asteroids.Based on the high and low temperature environment existing on the surface of the asteroid,this article takes ultrasonic drilling as the research object,and carries out simulation and experimental research on its configuration size design,temperature characteristic analysis,high and low temperature driving characteristics.Based on the basic theory of elastic body vibration,the dynamic model of the ultrasonic drill piezoelectric transducer is established,and the configuration size parameter design of the transducer is completed;Use modal analysis to obtain the longitudinal vibration mode of the transducer and its corresponding operating frequency;The harmonic response analysis is used to predict the output vibration amplitude of the designed transducer,and the driving characteristics of the designed transducer are evaluated.Develop an ultrasonic drilling high and low temperature characteristic test platform that can provide high and low temperature working environment,apply drilling pressure and perform temperature control.Based on the overall design plan of the experimental platform,complete the specific structural design of the mechanical part,build a hardware control system,and complete the assembly and debugging of the test system.According to the anchor drilling requirements of ultrasonic drilling,the design of the drilling tool assembly was completed and the principle prototype was developed.Using impedance analyzer and laser displacement test system to test the high-temperature driving characteristics of ultrasonic drill transducer;Through experiments,the sensitivity of ultrasonic drilling performance to changes in drilling pressure and the adaptability of ultrasonic drilling under different drilling media were studied. |
