The application of composite materials in the plane gradually expanded from small components to the main bearing structure. As a thin-walled structure, the main failure mode of the composite stiffened panels applied to the tail of the aircraft is instability, which will lead to the early loss of load-carrying capacity. Thus, stability analysis is very important in the study of the load-carrying capacity of the wing-box.Carrying out the static mechnical test of the aircraft is the most reliable method to verify its failure mode, and the aircraft static test can join the university classroom by carrying out a virtual simulation experiment. In this paper, the research object is the wing-box structure of the aircraft, and its buckling stability under bending load is systematically studied.A virtual simulation experiment process is designed in the background of the wing-box bending experiment.Firstly, the finite element model of the tail wing-box is established by a reasonable modeling method, and the theoretical state finite element simulation analysis is carried out.The influence of the boundary conditions on the buckling load of the wing-box and buckling mode is studied in depth.By comparing the different boundary condition simulation methods, the difference between the deformation and displacement of the wing-box is studied, and the buckling load and mode of the wing box structure under bending load are given.Further,by importing the test fixture model into the numerical model, the test state finite element simulation analysis was carried out, which is highly simulating real working conditions. The buckling load and buckling mode of the test state are closer to the results of the wing-box bending test. The differences of the test state simulation results and the theoretical state simulation results are summarized. The numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the modeling method and the simulation of the boundary conditions, providing a reference for the numerical analysis method of the wing-box bending test.In order to meet the application requirements of the virtual simulation experiment in undergraduate teaching, the wing-box bending test is used as an example, and a process virtual simulation experiment is designed by integrating the 5E teaching model.By providing teachers with a new type course of virtual experimental, teachers receive teaching idea formed by the combination of information technology and classic experimental courses, and the new requirements of the Ministry of Education for experimental teaching of undergraduates are implemented.
