Steel reinforced concrete truss is an important component in high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings.It provides sufficient vertical support and sufficient lateral rigidity for the structure,and plays an important role in the conversion of the floor structure.Ensuring the integrit y of the steel reinforced concrete truss during the construction phase is critical to the safety of the structure.At present,the monitoring of steel reinforced concrete truss is still at a single point of monitoring,and the error is relatively large,which is not conducive to measuring the overall safety of steel reinforced concrete truss.Therefore,it is of great significance to use structural health monitoring to study the stress distribution of steel reinforced concrete truss.The research work of this paper is mainly carried out from the following three aspects.Monitoring method of stress distribution of steel truss.According to the placement of sencor,the mapping relationship between the shear stress and the shear force of the I-shaped steel section was modified.Considering the stress components and the mapping relationship,a variety of sensor layout schemes were proposed,and based on monitoring data,a method for obtaining the internal force of the steel section was established.Besides,based on the balance of force,the method of obtaining the load of the steel truss was established.In order to get the stress distribution of the steel truss,the obtained load was used as the input for simulation based on the constructed mesoscale model of the steel truss.By establishing the mesoscale model of the truss steel part of the Anxin Financial Building,theoretical stress at the measuring point of the analysis result was extracted to simulate monitoring stress.After optimizing the sensor layout,the stress distribution was acquired.The obtained stress distribution was compared with the theoretical stress distribution to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in obtaining the stress distribution of steel truss.Monitoring method of stress distribution of steel reinforced concrete truss.Based on calculation formula for monitoring stress and internal force of I-shaped steel,a mapping relationship between stress and internal force of steel reinforced concrete cross section was established.Also,considering the torsion of the section,the mapping relationship between the torsional shear stress and torque of the steel reinforced concrete section was established.A variety of sensor layout schemes were proposed to obtain the internal force of the steel reinforced concrete section based on monitoring data,and then the stress distribution of the steel reinforced concrete truss was obtained.By establishing the mesoscale model of the truss in the Anxin Financial Building,the effectiveness of the proposed method in obtaining the stress distribution of steel reinforced concrete truss was verified.Construction monitoring and stress acquisition of Anxin Financial Building.An overall macro model of Anxin Financial Building in the construction phase was established to compare monitoring data with simulated data.The partial stress distribution of steel reinforced concrete truss was obtained through partial monitoring data.Moreover,the auto-regression model was used to establish the wind load time-history function,and the overall structural response analysis was carried out,and then the mesoscale model of the steel reinforced concrete truss was analyzed.The theoretical stress at the measuring point of the meso model analysis result was extracted to monitor the stress.The noise of the sensor was considered and its influence on the obtained internal force of the steel reinforced concrete section,the load of the loading point of the steel reinforced concrete truss and the stress distribution of the steel reinforced concrete truss were further analyzed.The theoretical stress at the measuring point of the mesomodel analysis result was extracted to simulate monitoring stress and considered the influence of noise.By comparing the theoretical stress distribution with the stress distribution considering noise,the anti-noise performance of the proposed steel concrete truss stress distribution acquisition method was analyzed.
