Due to its high bearing capacity,stiffness, toughness, durability and seismic performance, the steel-concrete composite structure is being increasingly used in the transfer structures in high-rise building.Currently the transfer structures have three types of construction methods:load-transfer method, superposition method and hanging formwork method.Hanging formwork method can simplify the beam formwork supporting system and save a lot of templates and supporting materials. Meanwhile, technical intermittent can be greatly shortened after transfer beam casting and construction schedule can be accelerated,etc. that are widely used in engineering practice. Hanging formwork method of theoretical research and practical projects currently in the pylon sections are used for solid-Web steel profiles, but open spandrel steel profiles in the pylon don’t have related research. Therefore, It is necessary to refer to truss steel reinforced to the steel-concrete transfer beam structure,and use the hanging formwork method. The passage mainly research content as followings.The hanging formwork is introduced to truss steel reinforced concrete transfer beam constructions for the first time meanwhile put forward two types of hanging formwork supporting system and the security checking method at the construction loads. By calculating truss type steel reinforced concrete beams conversion skeleton strength, deflection and stability, given truss frame construction can withstand the maximum construction loadsUsed non-linear finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate traditional construction and handing construction And use span-depth ratio and steel ratio of two variable parameters for analysis The results proved that by using hanging formwork construction has little effect on the ultimate capacity of truss steel reinforced concrete transfer beams. Hanging formwork system can be used in truss steel reinforced concrete transfer beams construction project.Trussed steel reinforced concrete transfer beam lifting formwork construction technology used in a construction case in Nanning city, studies have shown that the use of trussed steel reinforced concrete transfer beam section dimension reduced, reduced the amount of reinforcing bars, beam deflection reduced set offers more space, more conducive to construction and shorten the construction period.For future projects take trussed steel reinforced concrete transfer beam construction technology of Hanging formwork provides a reference and reference.
