The optimal operation of reservoir(group)needs to consider not only the maximum benefit of a single objective,but also the optimal comprehensive benefit of reservoir(group).It is a complex multi-objective optimization decision problem.Multi-objective optimal operation of reservoir group is an important way to improve the efficiency of water resources utilization.At present,most of the reservoir group operation adopts the conventional operation mode in the design stage,and the operation scheme is determined according to the operation diagram in order to obtain the optimization of the average benefit for many years.In real-time operation,if the water and rain information facing the time or forecast is not taken into account,and the reservoir group operation scheme is still determined only according to the current water level,it may result in a large number of abandoned water in flood season or after flood season.There are two unfavorable situations in which no water can be stored,which affects the comprehensive benefit of reservoir group.In order to improve the comprehensive benefit of reservoir(group)in real-time operation,this paper,based on the design of reservoir(group)schedule,puts forward the multi-source information to guide the real-time dispatching of the reservoir by using the multi-source information at the time of reservoir scheduling.the multi-source information mainly comprises the current dispatching period,the current water level of the reservoir,the water return flow rate and the rainfall forecast information of the different forecast periods,So as to improve the flood control and the benefit of the reservoir.However,according to the state of the state,the prediction information still has an error,and there is a large uncertainty.how to correct in reservoir schedule Considering its uncertainty in order to realize the multi-objective comprehensive optimization of reservoir operation has been concerned,but it is still a subject worthy of further study,and it is also the focus of this paper.The main research results are as follows:(1)In order to reduce the uncertainty of rainfall forecast information,a method of coupling utilization of rainfall forecast information in different prediction periods is proposed.Firstly,taking the power grid operation plan 5 days as the calculation period and the decision period,the availability analysis and hierarchical utilization of the forecast rainfall data for 5days and 10 days of the forecast period are carried out.Secondly,the actual minimum rainfall under the combination of different forecast orders of 5 days and 10 days is determined by thedistribution of frequency curve and forecast rainfall,which is used as the analysis result and decision basis of coupling utilization,and 100% of the rainfall is used for dispatching.The accuracy of available rainfall forecasting information is improved.(2)In order to apply the coupled rainfall forecast information to the operation decision of cascade reservoir group,taking H reservoir as an example,the feasibility of coupling rainfall utilization mode is verified,and the real-time power generation operation rule of H reservoir based on multi-source information is established.Firstly,the power generation dispatching model is established with the goal of maximizing the power generation of H reservoir,and then the decision tree technology is used to mine the historical data dispatching simulation data set to obtain the optimized prediction and operation rules.The simulation operation results show that,The operation rules based on multi-source information are used to improve the power generation efficiency of H reservoir and reduce the amount of abandoned water.(3)In view of the problem that the actual water supply and demand of H-HL cascade reservoir group is not taken into account when transferring water across the basin according to the designed discharge,the water diversion mode which takes into account the current water quantity of both the diversion reservoir and the water receiving reservoir is determined.Firstly,the runoff characteristics of the two reservoirs are analyzed,and the maximum adjustable water quantity of the inter-basin under the general regulation level is calculated according to the classification of the level of water abundance and dry weight in the 5-day period.And take this as the restriction to carry on the water transfer decision-making.The simulation results show that the water diversion mode can not only reduce the water diversion,but also reduce the abandoned water,and improve the utilization rate of water resources.(4)The research results of H reservoir optimization are extended to the optimal operation of H-HL cascade reservoirs.Firstly,combined with the improved cross-basin water transfer rules,the decision tree method is also used to mine the multi-objective operation rules of H-HL cascade reservoir groups based on multi-source information.The simulation results show that the operation according to this rule increases the power generation benefit of H-HL cascade reservoir group,improves the guarantee rate of water supply,and reduces the water transfer and waste water volume across watersheds.Finally,the problems to be further studied in this paper are summarized and prospected.
