Since modern times,with the unbalanced development of various countries and regions and the rampant terrorism,the problem of marine security has become more and more serious.In order to avoid the maritime terrorist attacks,more and countries pay much attention to the research of marine protective devices.The stability and anti-collision characteristics of the marine protective device in the working sea area will directly affect the feasibility of the design of the marine protective devices.Based on the design scheme of the protective device,this paper has carried out the research on the wave resistance performance and anti-collision characteristics.The main work is as follows:Based on the seakeeping model test method,the seakeeping test is carried out for the model of marine protective device.In the process of the test,the influence of the height of the center of gravity and the distance between the pieces of the marine protective device on the seakeeping performance of the protective device is studied by changing the height of the center of gravity and the distance between the pieces.The seakeeping performance of the marine protective device is evaluated by single group and multi group model tests.The motion response operator curve of the marine protective device model is analyzed,and the results are: in generally,there is a good seakeeping performance in the marine protective device,and the structural design scheme is reasonable,for which the feasibility of the design scheme is preliminarily evaluated.Then,based on the finite element numerical simulation method,this paper studies the collision process of the small boat impacting the marine protective device,analyzes the energy absorption,impact force,stress-strain,structural damage and deformation of the marine protective device in the collision process,and then evaluates the anti-collision characteristics of the marine protective device.In this paper,the seakeeping performance and anti-collision performance of marine protective devices are studied and analyzed by means of seakeeping model test and finite element numerical simulation.The analysis shows that the sea protection device has excellent seakeeping performance and can effectively intercept the suspected high-speed boats in terms of anti-collision.The results can give some enlightenments on the study of similar structures of marine protective devices.
