The technological design of ship block lifting is an important link in the process of ship design and construction.Scientific and reasonable technological design of hull block lifting can improve the safety and operation quality of hull block lifting and further shorten the shipbuilding cycle.There are still some problems in the current lifting technological design,such as lack of specification,relying on experience design,tedious design,difficult to solve the problem of lugs layout,low automation,lack of hoisting auxiliary software and so on.In this paper,firstly,according to the research status of lifting technological design,starting with the lifting adaptability of the block itself,the principle of ship segmentation based on lifting technological design is proposed,and the optimization of lifting design is carried out in the production design stage,which reduces the complexity of lifting design problems to a certain extent;the principle of ship grouping based on weight characteristics and geometric signs is proposed,which lays the foundation for the subsequent process design of lifting scheme.Secondly,in the process of the optimization design of the flat scheme,the process design of the typical ship block is put forward.By extracting key information of the block through block information database and combing with the principle of lifting technological design,the scheme is directly obtained according to the design process.At the same time,a multi-objective optimization model of lugs layout problem is proposed.Aiming at the dispersion and uniformity of lugs,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem under geometric,mechanical and technological constraints.Thirdly,the optimization design of the turnover scheme is carried out,and the process design and interference detection algorithm of the turnover scheme are proposed.Based on the characteristics of the turnover design,the turnover scheme is designed quickly,and whether there is interference is detected through the position relationship between the rope and the easily interfered components.Then,the inclined angle of the rope is adjusted to avoid interference.At last,the automatic design system of block lifting scheme is developed by compiling several system functional modules,such as block information display,3D model display,lifting process design algorithm and multi-objective optimization algorithm.
