Construction industrialization and informatization are inevitable trends for the development of the construction industry in the future.As a necessary way to promote China's industrialization process,prefabricated structures are increasingly popularized by the country.The deepening design of prefabricated components is the key to the implementation of fabricated frame structure,the important link to ensure the production quality of prefabricated components and to guide the construction on site.It integrates design,production and construction information,and plays a key role in connecting the whole project.At present,the deepening design of fabricated frame structure is mostly carried out with traditional two-dimensional CAD drawings.There are problems such as low design efficiency,poor accuracy,and poor information correlation.It is difficult to meet the requirements of high definition,high synergy,and low fault tolerance in the deepening design stage.To solve these problems,the paper makes a preliminary research on the application of BIM technology in deepening design for fabricated frame structure,in order to provide reference for similar fabricated frame structure projects.The main contents are as follows:(1)Proposing the deepening design process of traditional model and BIM-based model for fabricated frame structure,and making a systematic comparative analysis of the two patterns.The creation process of standardized BIM prefabricated component library and its application value in deepening design of fabricated frame structures are analyzed,and promotes the development of standardized and modularized prefabricated components.(2)Proposing BIM-based split design process of composite plates and composite beams,and completing the split design and reinforcement design of typical composite slabs and composite beams with PKPM-PC software,providing ideas for split design of prefabricated components of BIM-based fabricated frame structure.(3)Researching the BIM-based collision analysis of complex nodes of fabricated frame structure,completing the collision check of beam-column nodes and beam-plate nodes of this project,and providing specific treatment methods for different node forms.(4)Taking typical composite slabs and composite beams as examples,through theparameterized adjustment of embedded parts in the BIM model,the lifting eccentricity checking calculation,lifting bearing capacity checking calculation,stripping bearing capacity checking calculation and construction safety factor checking calculation of prefabricated components are completed.The application of BIM technology in the process of deepening design for fabricated frame structure can improve the quality and efficiency effectively,break through the current technical difficulties of deepening design for fabricated frame structure,and help promote the development process of the development of China's construction industrialization and informatization.Figure [54] table [14] reference [52]...
