With rapid economic development and urbanization in our country, real estatehas been becoming the focus of country’s economic growth. Combined with thebackground,macro-economic development policy, and the impossibility of housingindustrialization, cast-in-place concrete structure which has been used widely inChina can not meet the requirements, a new partial and fabricated frame structurewhich can be satisfied the requirements of the housing industrialization has beenproposed recently.Partial and fabricated frame structure in this paper is a new frame structure, ofwhich the vertical components are poured in place and the transverse components areprefabricated or composite type. Based on extensive reading of literature, combinedwith the existing concrete structural design specifications and technical regulations,as well as Atlas, partial and fabricated frame structure was applied to a specificproject. The paper mainly discussed four aspects:(1)According to the basil theory of reinforced concrete frame structure, thephysical design of a two-story sloping roof villa was developed,and then the overallstructure calculation was also analyzed by the PKPM software to verify its structuralintegrity.(2)The overall structure was decomposed into special-shaped column,superposed beam and superimposed plate with both dimensions of vertical andtransverse, and its reasonableness was demonstrated according to the basal theory ofstructural mechanics, the main components were also checked and designed.(3)In accordance with the existing design specifications, technical standards, aswell as references and design experience, the connection structure of the variousnodes (beam-beam, beam-column, plate-beam, etc.) were designed to ensure thereliability of node performance and stability of whole structure.(4)On above basal work, the universal design was finally studied. Thereliability of node performance and stability of whole structure were calculated by the different situations with multi-factors of seismic intensity, earthquake groupingand site condition, and the results of reinforcement main components were merged.From what has been studied above, the technical solutions which could beapplied in practice was finally proposed, and the scientificness and perspectivenessof partial and fabricate frame structure was also demonstrated. The results of thispaper has discussed the concept, basal theory and design preliminary, it provided abasis for future study.
