As an important carrier for the construction of ecological civilization,historical and cultural blocks are the most intuitive areas that reflect the regional characteristics of a city and its humanistic history.For a long time,people's protection and reuse of historical and cultural blocks are often limited to the single imitation of historical and cultural symbols or the consideration of short-term economic benefits,but it has not examined its significance from the perspective of ecological civilization.In the context of the vigorous promotion of urban ecological civilization construction,this article focuses on the perspective of architecture from the perspective of the research results of related disciplines such as ecology,landscape,management,sociology,economics,tourism,heritage protection theory From a broader macro perspective,a more comprehensive study on how to avoid the waste of building stock resources and multiplying environmental pollution and the inheritance and revival of local history and culture in the protection of historical and cultural blocks.From the perspective of ecological civilization,this study has Tunxi Old Street in Huangshan City as the object of study,and has established the research idea and implementation framework of the thesis.First,systematically sort out the history,theory and practical experience of the protection and development of historical and cultural heritage at home and abroad,define the relevant concepts of historical and cultural blocks and ecological civilization,and summarize them.Secondly,the process of protection and development of historical and cultural blocks at home and abroad was statistically analyzed by inductive and deductive,longitudinal comparison and other methods at various stages of the actual situation and protection mode,and the historical and cultural blocks protection and development in the context of the construction of ecological civilization Common problems.Thirdly,combining the layout characteristics and unique architectural features of traditional streets in southern Anhui,introducing cutting-edge information technology methods,data and visualization of Tunxi Old Street,and the use of related software for data analysis and simulation,from environmental ecology,architectural ecology,culture From the three perspectives of ecology,relevant strategies and ideas for the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks are proposed.After a case study of the protection and development of the historical and cultural blocks in Tunxi District in recent years,the characteristics of the regional traditional spatial pattern,historical and cultural landscape,intangible cultural heritage,and the key points and methods of its protection and development are combed.Finally,take the reconstruction of the old street Binjiang Road as an example to explore the ecological civilization construction path of the protection and development planning of historical and cultural blocks.By summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the ecological path exploration in the aspects of ecological environment protection,ecological building construction,ecological industry development,ecological human settlement improvement,ecological management optimization,and ecological culture promotion in Tunxi Old Street,we hope that the historical and cultural blocks in the ecological civilization construction The protection and development planning under the background provides a certain reference,and through the analysis of China's national conditions,it is pointed out that under the current background of ecological civilization,the adaptive update and supplementation of protection and development strategies are realistic for the sustainable development of China's historical and cultural blocks And long-term significance.
