| With the rapid development of China’s society and economy,the demand for electricity has also grown rapidly.With the development of the backbone power grid towards high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage,line faults caused by environmental factors such as icing,lightning strikes,pollution flashes,and strong winds are becoming increasingly frequent,posing a huge threat to the safety of transmission line operations and the safety and reliability of the power grid.Especially when the coastal areas were hit by a super typhoon beyond the design basis,wind-induced flashovers occurred on the transmission lines in the transit areas,causing large-scale trips,and even severe accidents such as disconnection and tower collapse,which seriously threatened the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Has brought a huge threat to the people’s production and life.In view of this,this article takes the high-voltage transmission line as the research object,and analyzes the cause of the transmission line failure and its main influencing factors,especially the failure loss caused by the typhoon "Ute" on the landing area transmission line.And check method,that is,the influence of coastal micro-topography and microclimate is fully considered on the basis of conventional transmission line design,and the influence of the pulsating wind peculiar to the typhoon-affected area on the design parameters is fully considered when determining the design parameters of wind deflection,and A feasible scheme for improving the resistance to super typhoons beyond the design basis through analysis of the entire line’s wind resistance and checking and modification of the existing transmission lines is proposed.Finally,the application example of the design for the wind resistance design and transformation of the transmission line of North Gulf Power Plant was introduced.After the scheme was applied to North Gulf Power Plant,the transmission line was transformed by wind prevention and successfully resisted the 2018 typhoon "Mangosteen" attack.Indirectly verified the feasibility of the program,it is worth promoting and applying. |
