| The northern foot of Qinling Mountains is an important green ecological and economic sustainable development area in Guanzhong area of Shanxi Province.The water ecological protection and restoration of the northern foot of Qinling mountain should be considered comprehensively and planned systematically.In this paper,the study on water system governance in the northern foot of Qinling mountains is mainly conducted by on-site survey,collecting and sorting out relevant existing data for statistical analysis,formulating qualitative and quantitative analysis methods according to relevant norms and experience,having discussions with local authorities,listening to expert opinions,and conducting comprehensive evaluation and case study.To existing integrated water resources planning,flood control planning,water resource management system implementation results,on the basis of detailed investigation about the present situation of north qinling area drainage system,for analysis and evaluation,comprehensive consideration schemes of water resources in qinling endowment and carrying capacity,the qinling ecological effect in water,water environment,water security problems,put forward qinling north drainage system management strategy;Based on typical cases of ecological restoration and management of rianchuan river at the northern foot of qinling mountains,this paper studies the construction of water ecological space management and control system,optimal allocation scheme of water resources,water ecological protection and restoration planning,water environmental management measures,etc.The research results are as follows:Investigated the basic data of water resources at the northern foot of qinling mountains and the current situation of rivers and reservoirs.1.The present situation of water resources in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains is analyzed and evaluated,and the water account is cleared up;the evaluation index and method of water ecology are established to analyze and evaluate the ecological water quantity and the physical form of river course;the present situation of water environment protection is evaluated by dividing water functional areas and sewage outlets into rivers;and the present situation of water and soil conservation and flood control system are also analyzed and evaluated.2.Find out the problems existing in the water system control at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains and put forward the corresponding control measures.3.According to the analysis and evaluation method of water system management at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains,the research on water system management of Wangchuan River is carried out.Firstly,the problems existing in the current situation of Wangchuan River are found out,and the ecological restoration and control scheme of Wangchuan River is put forward.Finally,the benefit of the implementation of the control is evaluated.Through typical case studies,the problems of water system management in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains are systematically solved,and the countermeasures that can be implemented on the ground can provide a reference for the following areas to implement water system management. |
