| The electromagnetic gun uses the ampere force generated by the electromagnetic field to accelerate the metal shell to achieve the kinetic energy needed to hit the target.The electromagnetic gun can greatly improve the speed and range of projectiles compared with traditional guns,it is described by the US army as one of the science-fiction weapons that could change the rules of war.The electromagnetic gun uses high power pulse electrical energy to provide kinetic energy.In a very short time,it can provide tens of megajoules or hundreds of megajoules of energy for the shell.Therefore,the instantaneous current of high power pulse electrical energy is large and the speed is fast so it is very difficult to measure the high power pulse electrical energy accurately.Therefore,this paper aims at the dificulty and low accuracy of measuring high power pulse electrical energy of the electromagnetic gun,conducts a detailed research about the measurement method of high power pulse electrical energy.The specific research content is as follows:First of all,the research analyzes the working principle and error formation mechanism of high power pulse electrical energy formation mechanism,on this basis,establishes the theoretical calculation model of the electrical energy PFN discharge module,through calculation and analysis of high power pulse electrical energy including DC,low frequency and high frequency components,and has a broadband,large amplitude and rising edge steep.Secondly,this paper aiming at the difficulties in measuring high power pulse current,proposes a high power pulse current measurement method based on Rogowski coil,simulates and analysis the Rogowski coil structure parameters and electromagnetic parameters affect the performance of the measurement.At the same time,the hall sensor is adopted to compensatethe DC and low frequency measurement sensor,effectively solve the broadband measurement sensor can’t measure the DC and low frequency distortion problemThen,the output waveform fusion method of the high power pulse current measurement sensor is studied,the high-precision calibration device is built,the calibration of the high power pulse current measurement sensor is completed,and the accuracy of the high power pulse current measurement sensor is finally improvedFinally,the test environment of high power pulse current measurement is set up,the high power pulse electrical energy is simulated by lightning surge generator,and the precision,stability,response time and amplitude measurement range of the high power pulse current measurement sensor are experimentally studied.The experimental results show that the designed high power pulse current measuring sensor can achieve the complete measurement of high power pulse current,with good stability and response time of less than 10μs.When the measuring frequency band is 0~10kHz and the measuring current amplitude is within 5000A,the measuring accuracy is within 0.3%. |
