Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure,strong relia-bility and easy maintenance.Therefore,it is widely used in aerospace,electric vehicles,indus-trial automation and other fields.However,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is complex,and classic PI control is difficult to achieve high performance requirements.Sliding mode variable structure control has been widely used in motor servo con-trol due to its simple structure,easy control and strong robustness to internal and external dis-turbances.Nonsingular terminal sliding mode control has the advantages of fast dynamic response,finite time convergence,and directly solving the singularity problem of terminal sliding mode from the sliding mode design.However,when the system state point is far from the sliding mode surface,the convergence speed is slow.Secondly,the strong robustness of sliding mode control to suppress the effects of system parameter mismatch and external uncertain disturbance is to use the switching action of the discontinuous term,which strengthens the system chatter-ing problem,to a certain extent Therefore,this paper takes a permanent magnet synchronous motor as the control object and studies a hybrid nonsingular terminal sliding mode speed con-trol strategy with disturbance compensation.Firstly,the advantages of linear sliding mode and nonsingular terminal sliding mode are combined to make up for the shortcomings of nonsingu-far terminal sliding mode,and the convergence speed of the system is improved.And then,a disturbance observer is introduced to observe the internal parameter mismatch and the uncertain external disturbance of the system amount in real time to feed forward compensation of the cur-rent,which improves the anti-disturbance ability of the system and weakens chattering of slid-ing mode control.In this paper,the simulation model of hybrid nonsingular terminal sliding mode speed con-trol strategy with disturbance compensation is established by using MATLAB simulation soft-ware,and the simulation analysis is carried out.At the same time,the experimental analysis is earried out on the two-level voltage source inverter experimental platform based on TMS320F28335 of TI Company.The simulation and experimental results show that,compared with the nonsingular terminal sliding mode control strategy,the hybrid nonsingular terminal sliding mode control strategy can improve system response speed;and compared with hybrid nonsingular terminal sliding mode control strategy,the hybrid nonsingular terminal sliding mode control strategy with disturbance compensation significantly improves the system immunity.
